Welcome!

. . . on behalf of everyone who has contributed over the past several years to the research and development of this "pro-homeowner" database of information related to foreclosure defense.

As you have no doubt been made aware by the party or parties that introduced you to this resource, most of the information here is simply not made available through the financial institutions or state and federal agencies who, in the final analysis, are reluctant to take their share of their responsibility for the housing market crisis. In fact, the current crisis may result in as many as 10 million more foreclosures before its over (meaning that the crisis is not even at its half-way point - and that's assuming that things get better not worse).

The reason that these circumstances are so important to you is this:

It not good enough for you to know that the power-house banks, and their foreclosure mills, are using a "stacked deck" to circumvent foreclosure laws and orchestrate mass-foreclosures with little or no resistance from you. You must also know how the deck is stacked and how to best deal with the "crooked" players. That's what this pro-active resource is all about.
In this regard, you might be surprised to learn that, contrary to the standard rhetoric you will hear from the powers-to-be, the fact of the matter is that most foreclosures are legally-flawed in one way or another. Millions of foreclosures have taken place which should not have taken place.

Therefore, our objective in providing the information at this site is to contribute substantially to your efforts to not become another statistic; but to employ some of the sound thinking and self-preparation that has saved thousands of homes from foreclosure across the country.

Don't be fooled by schemes and quick fixes. There are no short cuts in this battle. Take the time to learn and employ the steps necessary to protect your own interests - with or without an attorney to help.

Finally, if you find this resource to be as helpful to you as it has been to hundreds of other homeowners, please help spread the word and let others know where they can immediately get some real answers and crucial information; all at a low cost that is absolutely affordable and reasonable for anyone that is serious about protecting the investment in their home.

Best of luck in your efforts and please don't hesitate to provide any comments or feedback.
