The EHS Letter Manual is sold only through the publisher (Edward H. Smith, PMB 296 at 816 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101). The reason for this is that a unique registration code is assigned to each individual manual when the order is processed. This registration code allows the buyer to login at www.ehsportal.com to access the extensive reference material and online email support for the manual.

All manuals are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (for tracking purposes). Email confirmation is provided when the manual is shipped if an email address is provided by the purchaser. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of a completed order form with payment enclosed. The manual is available only in the continental United States.

For reasons of your security, privacy, and processing cost, we do not accept credit and/or debit cards. Payment must be enclosed via check or money order with your order form. All sales are final once we receive delivery confirmation.
