The EHS Letter Manual

The EHS Letter Manual

The EHS Letter Manual was written and published to provide its users with some key information and suggested letters to protect their money, your income, and your property from unnecessary loss; especially when faced with financial circumstances and events that can evolve into financial nightmares. Unfortunately, the financial marketplace has become so impersonal and indifferent that consumers now have to be quite aggressive in protecting their interests.

The specific topics and sections in this manual have been selected through "hands on" experience over several decades by the author, Ed Smith. The chosen topics in the manual are notorious for causing unmerciful losses with little advance warning. The manual offers suggestions, recommendations, and/or sample communications as a result of actual experiences only - and are strictly for the review and evaluation of users pursuant to making their own decisions and formulating their own course of action. Also, nothing in this manual is either intended to be, or should be construed as, legal advice - or any other advice for which specific licensing is required by any authority.

Nevertheless, the information and sample letters in The EHS Letter Manual have saved folks, literally, hundreds of thousands of dollars.

It should also be noted that The EHS Letter Manual "spear-headed" the development of The CMR System - a very substantially expanded, online information service for individuals with a "proactive mind-set" to deal with the myriad of legal and financial problems that are evolving due to current economic circumstances.
