EHS Fraud Reports

Fundamentally, "fraud" is the crime of obtaining money or some other benefit through the use of intentional deception. As you can imagine, and are no doubt aware, there are hundreds of types of fraud. Unfortunately, many frauds are perpetrated by the very folks who hold themselves out to be the respected professionals and institutions that exemplify the highest standards and ethics with respect to their business operations.

The purpose of EHS FRAUD REPORTS is three-fold:
  1. The first objective is to expose a host of frauds that have been committed by parties that use their sheer political and financial power to orchestrate what are often very sophisticated schemes to defraud their innocent victims.

  2. The second is to give those who have been defrauded a platform to interact with other victims or parties that share an interest in a particular fraud.

  3. The third is to provide a "heads up" to individuals who, with the opportunity to review these cases and information, might be able to avoid becoming victims themselves.

Listings are sorted by date. Click on each listing's title view the full listing, which includes a description of how the fraud was orchestrated and a link to obtain further information.

Important Disclaimer and Notice: Please note that all of the following listings are based on the review of irrefutable evidence that, in the opinion of the author, demonstrates the likelihood that a serious and material fraud has taken place. However, you should form your own opinions and conclusions through your own investigation of the facts by (a) doing your own research, and/or (b) contacting the respective parties whose information and experience was the source of each fraud listing below if/as available. The obligation on the part of any party, including the victim of a given fraud, to provide further details is strictly at that party's own discretion with respect to each or any request for additional information.

In any event, here are the cases - and you be the judge!
